Kurz und knapp: einfach perfekt! Wir waren mit zwei Familien (5 Kinder) im Mai hier im Urlaub. Das Haus, der Pool und die Ausstattung sind ein Traum. Alles super sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt und das Meer vor der Haustüre kristallklar und super sauber und der Kieselstrand flach abfallend. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Zu guter letzt: Und Der Besitzer hatte uns unser vergessenes Geburtstagsgeschenk sogar noch mit der Post nach Hause geschickt. Tausend Dank!

Ich muss und kann mich nur den anderen Einträgen hier anschließen, das war der schönste Urlaub in Brela den wir bisher hatten ( und wir fahren schon seid 20 Jahren jedes Jahr nach Brela ) !
Das Haus ist einfach perfekt !!!
Top Lage , super gepflegt, man fühlt sich wie zuhause :-)

Kurz zusammengefasst: WIR SIND BEGEISTERT!
Die Villa Toma bietet unserer Meinung nach alles, was man sich im Urlaub wünscht. Ausreichend Platz im Haus, eine wunderschöne kleine Terrasse (Platz für mind. 8 Personen), ein großes beheizbares Pool mit insgesamt 6 Liegen, einen richtig coolen Grillplatz inklusive massivem Steintisch und ausreichend Sitzgelegenheit im Schatten.
Das Haus liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade, wobei man dank der wunderschönen hohen Pflanzen wie z.B.: Oleander und Olivenbäumen vom Trubel am Abend fast nichts mitbekommt.
2 Geschäfte sowie wie 2 Bäckereien befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie zahlreiche empfehlenswerte Restaurants.
Das i- Tüpfelchen ist der fast direkte Meerzugang (ca. 4m entfernt).
Der Hauseigentümer ist super freundlich und sehr umsichtig.

Interessant für Familien:
-) Haus ist eingezäunt bzw. blicksicher
-) alle Türen sind zum Versperren (auch die Gartentür auf der Terrasse)
-) Gitterbett sowie Klimaanlage sind vorhanden
-) Kieselstrand (Schuhe nicht unbedingt nötig)
-) Seichter Zugang ins Meer
-) Spielplatz befindet sich ca. 5 min Fußweg entfernt
-) Kinderwagenfreundlich

Wir verbrachten Ende Mai/ Anfang Juni zwei Wochen im Haus von Višeslav und es war mit Abstand das bisher beste Ferienhaus, was wir je gebucht hatten. Der Außenbereich mit Garten, Pool und Grillbereich ist wunderschön. Am Pool kann man sehr bequem auf den Sonnenliegen liegen, es gibt große Sonnenschirme und Pooltücher. Der Pool ist ebenfalls super sauber und wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes gesäubert. Man ist nur ein paar Meter vom Strand und der Promenade entfernt und trotzdem ist es ruhig und sehr privat. Direkt nebenan gibt es zwei kleinere Supermärkte, Bäckerein und viel Restaurants. Das Haus ist super sauber und mit wirklich allen vorstellbaren Dingen ausgestattet: Handseife, Toilettenpapier, Geschirrtücher, Grillkohle, etc. Zusätzlich wurde bei uns noch mittwochs und samstags sauber gemacht. Außerdem gibt es im Keller eine Art Mini Bar, bei der man sich mit Wein und Bier bedienen kann. Višeslav selbst ist ein toller Gastgeber, freundlich und antwortet umgehend auf Fragen oder Anmerkungen.Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Me and my family spent one week in end of May in this fantastic house. Perfect location situated next to the beach and the village center. Nice to have bakery, supermarket and lots of nice restaurants within very short walk. We travelled with 2 infants and 2 younger children. The owner is very helpful and arranged some beds and chairs for the babies. If you have the chance I can really recommend staying at this house :) <3 PS. The kids LOVED the heated pool. I don't know how many hours the spent there each and every day! DS.

We stayed in Villa Toma last week in May 2022 and we had the most amazing time. There were 6 adults, 2 children and 2 infants and the house was perfect for a large family holiday. The house was in immaculate condition, very clean and it had everything you could ever need. The owner even arranged cots and high chairs for the babies. The villa is in a perfect location, right by the beach and only a couple of minutes walk to the restaurants, cafes, bakery and supermarkets. Whilst the villa is so close to the beach and beach promenade, the pool and garden is completely enclosed and private. Brela is a beautiful little town with lots of pebble beaches that has got plenty of big trees if you want to find shade. You can even find some great spots for snorkelling. The owner, Višeslav, was great to communicate with whilst planning the holiday and we would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone. We would also highly recommend Taxi Service Croatia (and the driver Marino) for transfers to/from Split airport as well any local day trips. Excellent service and they can also arrange car seats for children upon request. We will most definitely return to villa toma for another holiday!

A fantastic place to stay on vacation. The house is perfect for the ”big family”. We stayed there 6 adults and 4 children. Close to the sea and a wonderful pool that was very appreciated by us all! Close to lovely restaurants! We really couldn’t wish for more! Thanks a lot Višeslav!

We spent the first week of July in Villa Toma.
Already the initial communication with the owner Višeslav indicated a high standard. However, coming to the place and live view exceeded our expectations.
We liked everything. Excellent location, right in the center of the action, but also protected from the noise of the street with rich greenery in the garden. The garden with pool provided maximum privacy.
Beautifully renovated villa, clean rooms, perfectly equipped, not only small items available - either in the kitchen or in the bathroom.
Not only beautiful in design, but also a very well and practically established place to grill/fireplace, again with all possible equipment.
Višeslav personally welcomed us, showed us the villa and we were also pleased with the welcome drink and refreshments provided upon arrival.
We appreciated the view and hassle-free parking.
There is nothing to complain about, simply Villa Toma in Brela is an amazing place.

Fantastic house and a wonderful location. The house has everything you need for a perfect vacation. We have already booked next year.

Viseslav is one of the best owner and most friendly host that we've ever met. He himself welcomed our family, and had a quick tour around the villa. The villa is just pure luxury, we had everything that we needed even with a baby. The morning breakfasts on the balcony were exceptional with this view and the grill section is just brilliant. I must mention the heated pool; even if the sea was cold in May, we could still enjoy ourselves and have a proper holiday time. Brela in beautiful in general, I strongly suggest to visit. Again, we would like to say thanks for this amazing holiday, we will definitely visit Vila Toma again!

Vila Toma je po meni jedna od najljepših vila u Dalmaciji. S obzirom na to da je na desetak metara od mora, kao gost imaš problem gdje se kupati: u moru ili u bazenu? Iako je smještena tik uz glavnu plažu, izolirana je bujnom vegetacijom koju su domaćini sami posadili i uzgojili. Sve je besprijekorno čisto sa svim potrebnim sadržajima. Još jednom veliko hvala domaćinima, doista smo uživali!

Definitely one of the best holiday villas in Dalmatia: fully equipped & refurnished, sea front location, walking accessibility to marina, watersports, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, massage. Personal engagement of the owner into guest reception, great attention to details (e.g. candles - lit outdoor grill area, wine cellar filled with local wine tasting selection, private garden and heated pool) delivered us a rare feeling of owners dedication to hospitality and perfection. The venue for sure has been above& beyond our expectations for beach holidays in Croatia and makes you want to consider coming back again.

Excellent luxury villa, which even exceeded our already high expectations. Everything was arranged perfectly from our arrival until departure, including welcome snacks and drinks. Everything was in perfect condition and looked beautiful. Furniture is modern and fashionable. The house was even more beautiful than what it looked like in the photos, which is rare. The location was good with only a short walking distance to most restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to visit again!

When we arrived here we were met by the owner of this beautiful property and made very welcome. Everything we needed to know about, air con etc, was properly explained and then we were left to enjoy. We spent one of the most enjoyable weeks we can remember, relaxing on the balconies, lying in the garden, taking a short walk to the shops and a very short walk for a swim. Everything was as it should be, in good clean working order. The house itself has been renovated to a very high standard. It is most comfortable and although we were just a couple it is more than adequately suited to larger parties, families or groups of friends. It has been tastefully decorated and furnished. The outdoor space is well thought out with sun blinds and parasols for shade when required. We spent a lot of time on the balcony looking out to sea. We couldn't fault anything. Brela itself was very layed back and relaxed with just a few shops and amenities but everything available that you would need. Water sports were offered for those who might want them. We would happily return to this property and place.

Wir verbrachten vom 06.-13.09.2014 eine herrliche Woche in der Villa Toma in Brela. Drei Generationen haben einen wirklich erholsamen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Auch unsere vier KInder haben den großen Garten zum Spielen, Verstecken, Verweilen ... sehr genossen. Wenn die Kinder im Bett waren, konnten wir die Abende auf der herrlichen Terrasse ausklingen lassen. Gerade mit Kindern war es sehr vorteilhaft, dass es nur wenige Schritte bis zum Meer sind. Me and my family, two adults and two children, stayed at the villa for 1 week in july. We had a wonderful time in beautiful Brela and the villa more than lived up to our expectations. The villa was brilliant, the view from the terraces overlooking the sea was amazing. One can´t get a better location with the beach and the wonderful crisp sea just a few steps away in front of the villa and a small supermarket, bakery and restaurants, all within short walkingdistance. The villa was very beaitiful, spacious, clean and fully equipped and the surrounding garden was marvelous. The villa was cleaned once while we were there, the towels were changed and beds were made and the villa was cleaned with minimal intrutinon to me and my family. The landlord, Viseslav, was very kind, wellcoming an helpful. We all want to come back for another holliday at Villa Toma as soon as possible.

We (seven adults and two children) spent a lovely week in Villa Toma in May 2013. Everything was excellent. Villa Toma is very beautiful and interior is wonderful. It is situated at one of the best places in Brela. The beach is just in front of the house. We were there in the beginning of the May and went swimming every day. The restaurants and a small supermarket is only in a few minutes walk away. Every morning we bought fresh bread and pastries and eat breakfast in balcony with a lovely sea view. Brela village is idyllic and beautiful. Villa Toma's owner is very friendly and helpful. Thank you! Our family is already planning the next trip to Villa Toma.

Nous venons de séjourner dans cette très belle villa, avec grand confort, pour un maximum de détente. Il ne manque rien, tout est propre et bien entretenu, avec un très bon accueil du propriétaire. A 3 pas de la plage, avec des vues magnifiques, pour le bonheur de tous, aussi bien les enfants que les parents. Nous conseillons vivement cette villa, qui est une des seules à être aussi authentique, près de la plage. Le bord de mer est tout aménagé pour faire de belles balades et profiter des couleurs turquoise et cristalline de la mer, tout en marchant à l'ombre des pins. Vous trouverez tout sur place (market, poste, restaurant, aire de jeux pour enfants, boutiques souvenirs, tennis ...), avec des personnes très sympathiques. Brela est très jolie, c'est un petit village tranquille, avec un petit port. Il y a beaucoup de visite à faire dans un rayon d'une heure de route (Omis, Split, Trogir, et toute la Riviera de Makarska). Alors, n'hesitez pas, vous ne serez pas déçu de votre séjour à Brela, dans la villa Toma.

Our family just returned home from an amazing week in Brela. Our stay at Villa Toma was very relaxing. The setting was perfect for relaxing. Our children enjoyed the close proximity of the beach. We were able to walk to everything that we needed including great restaurants, ice cream, walking trails. The owners were extremely helpful. Great get-away - I highly recommend.

Wir waren in den Herbstferien 2012 in diesem wunderbar und liebevoll renovierten Haus. Mit 6 Personen, 3 Generationen, war es überhaupt kein Problem alle Räumlichkeiten gemeinschaftlich zu nutzen oder sich gut aus dem Weg zu gehen. Die Lage des Hauses ist unschlagbar; in 10 Schritten kann man sich ins Meer stürzen und so schon vor dem Frühstück eine erste Erquickung geniessen. Für uns war es ein wunderbarer Urlaub, der kaum Wünsche offen liess. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, um sich selbst zu versorgen; es ist aber auch gut möglich im Ort essen zu gehen ( 150 m). Vielen Dank für den tollen Sommer, den wir in Deutschland in dem Maße leider nicht hatten dieses Jahr. Wir empfehlen Sie gerne weiter. Fam. Krahwinkel und Fam. Usually I am not writing reviews but this time I will, because I was really impressed. We (2 families - 4 adults and 2 kids) rented Villa Toma for 1 week in July, 2012. Everything is great at villa Toma: the location, the villa itself, the sea. The owner is really helpful and very discreet. We will be back next summer, for sure! Mihai Nica, Romania
